Zippi provides conversational travel search for packages, flights, and hotels, with rides and nearby places as supporting features. The information collected depends on the features you use and the information you choose to provide.

a) Voice Input
When you use voice features, we collect audio input to process your request (for example, “get me a ride home” or “find flights to Miami”). This audio may be transmitted to third-party speech-to-text providers to convert it into text.

We process invited participants’ email addresses, organization, platform, access permissions, and verification and access records to administer Partner Preview. We also process verification request information to limit misuse, and receive feedback and support information you choose to submit during testing.
